Quality Assurance – 4 POINT CHECKS
We have a dedicated quality inspection team, which consists of professionals with more than three years of experience. Main engineers have been working on composites for more than 10 years. We also apply ERP intelligent quality control and production system. Every step of the process is under control strictly.
We have a complete testing and inspection procedure, including 3 main phases, material test before manufacturing, manufacturing process, and production phase. We establish a file for each batch of products to record details.
1. Material test: purity, quality, and density test of the material.
2. Manufacturing detect: During the manufacture, our QC team will strictly detect the size, color difference, strength, surface, the quality of the sample and test its mechanical property.
3. Post-production check: After production, a visual inspection will be done to check if there are any defects before dispatch.
4. Frequency of testing: Random sampling is conducted 24 hours a day for each process to ensure that every item meets the standards and is subject to inspection by third-party inspection agencies.

Our products have been tested by SGS with EU WPC quality control standard EN 15534-2004, EU fire rating Standard with B fire rating grade, American WPC at standard ASTM.
